USED CAR LEAD (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

Be a critical person to write a successful Sales story
As used-car Lead you steer and manage all used-car related strategy development activities, such as certified pre-owned program and ensure that customers love to stay in our ecosystem, that includes among others Trade-in strategy, Residual value management.

Think Big
Europe is your playground. You coordinate the local experts for used cars business in more than 10 European markets.

Drive performance and profit
By analyzing KPI and knowing the market you optimize our profits throughout all activities.

(Re-)Position our products
You define our remarketing strategy and cover all relevant activities such as channels or pricing.

Be a sincere partner
You are a confident and effective negotiator - able to consistently reach positive outcomes while building positive internal and external relationships.

Your skills

 
  • You have a Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, economics, accounting, or a comparable degree.
     
  • You have 5 years or above experience in automotive (luxury) industry, preferred in trade-in, used-car, sales, financial services area.
     
  • You are experienced in European trade-in, used-car industry.
     
  • You are experienced in used-car management, remarketing, residue value management, lease-end process management.
     
  • You are equipped with pioneering spirit: challenge status quo, strive for innovation, active and creative exploration.
     
  • You love working in a complex, dynamic and international environment with an agile culture.
     
  • You are a leader by nature and can drive intercultural teams to outstanding performance in a Start-Up environment.
     
  • Your English is perfect (fluent in a Non-German European language or Mandarin is a plus).
