Senior Alliance Manager SAP CX (f/m/d)

As a Senior Alliance Manager, you will passionately align partner value to customer accounts with a focus on our SAP CX (former Hybris) partnership. Besides working closely with our Marketing and Sales Teams, you will ensure a strong partner pipeline and will manage go-to-market activities that bring new SAP CX clients. SAP CX is one of three strategic Tier-1 partnerships within the IBM iX partner ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for building and maintaining a successful partner relationship by defining and executing a joint business plan and consequently initiating indirect sales revenue
  • You will be leading our strategic partner activities with SAP CX for IBM iX within the DACH region 
  • You will be interacting with the SAP CX leadership on strategic level and industry account executive on operational level
  • You will be closely working together with our presales and business development team and drive new business pipelines and new logos
  • You support with up and cross-selling and develop partner success metrics with a responsibility for revenue growth
  • You are in charge of analyzing new market potentials and creating trust and visibility for our services, offerings etc. in line with SAP CX
  • You align with partners on key marketing initiatives, plan and run joint marketing campaigns and organize events that generate demand
  • You actively contribute to cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity and continuous improvement

Your Skills

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with alliances and partners in particular with SAP or SAP CX, ideally working in an agency environment
  • You have a confident and engaging personality and ideally you have a background in sales of IT services or software products
  • You thrive for challenges; you are passionate about achieving goals and you proactively seize opportunities
  • Communication is your natural talent and engaging with up to C-level executives is within your comfort zone
  • You are excellent at organization and always manage to keep an overview
  • You are fluent in both German and English in speaking and writing
