As a Junior HR Business Partner in our People & Talents Team you will actively shape the growth of Smart by acquiring the best Talents for us

Your responsibilities

  • As a Junior HR Business Partner in our People & Talents Team you will actively shape the growth of Smart by acquiring the best Talents for us
  • You use target group-specific channels to reach out to talents and are always looking for other innovative ways and channels
  • You have an overview of the ongoing recruiting processes, which you oversee end-to-end
  • You conduct first interviews and accompany the Hiring Managers in any subsequent interview as their sparring partner
  • You make sure that, on a scale form 1 – 10, Smart is a 12 for new and existing talents. To achieve this, you will contribute to the development of an employer branding strategy to strengthen the Smart brand and attract new talent.
  • You continuously develop the existing recruiting and HR processes and implement them successfully with the help of People and Talents team
  • You take over the conception, implementation and coordination of various HR projects.
  • You create analyzes, evaluations and reports.
  • You take over the first areas of responsibility

Your skills

  • You have a degree, preferably in Human Resources or any other comparable qualification
  • You have already gained professional experience in the field of recruiting.
  • You are enthusiastic about your job and passioned to acquire new employees for your company
  • You are proactive, structured, pragmatic, enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude
  • You have basic working knowledge in the ​​People and Talents area
  • You are a communication talent - fluent in German and English.
