Your responsibilities

Shape our Future right from the Beginning

  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer by setting up and executing an effective legal compliance system within Europe covering all compliance fields. Support the Chief Compliance Officer with assessing the company´s and its subsidiaries´ operations to determine compliance risks.

Build and Manage Action Plans 

  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

Manage the Performance of Compliance

  • Hold compliance trainings for employees to educate them on the latest regulations and processes. Take care of resolving employees´ concerns about legal compliance and advise them. Support the Chief Compliance Officer with advising the management on the company´s and its subsidiaries´ compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

Define our Procedures

  • Audit procedures, practices and documents of the company and its subsidiaries on a regular basis in coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Support the Chief Compliance Officer with developing and reviewing company policies and guidelines.

Think globally

  • Incorporate teams internationally and across all functions. You reflect tactically and with profitability and sustainability in mind.


Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field
  • Ideally additional training as Compliance Officer
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Compliance Officer role
  • Passionate about working in a complex and international environment with an agile culture
  • Business fluency in English (German or another European language or Mandarin is a plus)
